Substitutes interested in working at St. Paul’s are invited to attend a meet and greet/ information session on Tuesday, September 12 at 3:00 PM in the school library.

Monday, September 11th is Picture Day (All students will be photographed for the purpose of our administrative system)

Lunch/Cafeteria Services begin this Monday (Sept. 11th)

We will be hosting our annual Curriculum Night on Thursday, September 14th @ 7:00 in the school gym.

Office will be open from Monday, August 28th to Friday September 2nd for new families/student registrations. If you wish, you can download the registration form and drop it off to the office. Paper copies will be available at the office.

Doors open for all students on Wednesday, September 6th at 8:30.

Supply List for 2017-18

There is no formal supply list; however, families have asked for some suggestions. Information about specific supplies required will be provided from individual subject teachers on the first day of school. A suggested list of supplies for general start up would be: Duotang folders, exercise books, pencils and pencil sharpener, eraser, binders with loose leaf, spiral exercise books, black and blue pens, highlighters, ruler, coloring leads, glue stick. French Immersion students should have a French English dictionary at home.

2017-18 Calendar of events will be uploaded late next week and emailed to families.

Cafeteria service will start Monday, September 11th.

Grade 9 Carnival

The Grade 9 Carnival Permission Form went home last week and is now due back with $25.  Students should submit them to their homeroom teachers.  Please note – there is a second permission for the hypnotist on the bottom of the second page.  We are also still looking for $5 gift cards as prizes for that night – if you are able to donate, please pass them in at the office.  Thank you!

Gift card donations for Grade 9 Carnival

St. Paul’s is looking for gift card donations in $5 denominations for the grade 9 carnival that is taking place on June 21.  They can be dropped off at the office.  Thanks for your support!

Our final school dance for the year will be held on Thursday, May 11th from 7:00 – 9:00.  Students can purchase tickets from their school leadership representatives – the cost is $5.
